What I collect

If you submit the subscribe form, I store the email address you provide, a source tag indicating which form on the site you used, the timestamp, your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string. That is the entire dataset.

If you send a message via the contact form, I additionally store the message text and any name you choose to provide.

How I use it

Email addresses are used solely to send you the newsletter and related announcements. I do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. The IP and user-agent are kept for spam and abuse prevention.

Analytics & cookies

By default this site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly beacon that does not set cookies and does not identify individuals. No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel.

If you click "accept" on the cookie banner, the site also loads the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which sets a cookie and is used for ad measurement and retargeting on LinkedIn. It never loads unless you accept — clicking "reject" or ignoring the banner means it stays off. You can change your choice any time via "cookie preferences" in the footer.

How to unsubscribe

Every newsletter email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email hi@brantleypeers.com and I will remove your address.
